The incident occurred in San Pancho, Mexico, where Baroni was arrested and charged with murder. The report states that an argument between Baroni and his girlfriend, who had admitted to cheating on him, escalated when Baroni allegedly threw her into the shower after she refused to take one. She fell and hit her head during the altercation. Baroni claims that he helped her back to bed and then left the room to get her cigarettes and beer at her request. When he returned to the room, the woman was unconscious.
